Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Product Defects: Items with visible manufacturing defects, such as noticeable damage, imperfections, or incorrect dimensions.
- Shipping Damages: Products damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Products: Wrong product or color delivered.
Not Eligible: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong size/color, no longer needed).
Return and Exchange Process:
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service via the contact form with:
- Your order number.
- Detailed description of the issue.
- Clear images or videos demonstrating the defect or problem.
- Your preferred resolution (refund or another product that's the same as the one that was defected).
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with approval instructions and further details.
Return Costs:
- If the product is eligible for a return, we will cover the cost and email you a pre-paid shipping label, therefore the return cost will be FREE.
Product Return Requirements:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and box.
- Products must be securely taped and packaged exactly as initially received. Improperly repackaged items may incur restocking fees based on damage or missing materials.
Refund Conditions:
- No restocking fee applies if the product is unopened and unused and fits the returns eligibility criteria.
- Opened or partially used products may incur a restocking fee proportional to any damages or missing material (for defective products).
- Original shipping charges: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error (incorrect item), original shipping is refundable; otherwise, original shipping (if any) is non‑refundable.
