Welcome to Mods Haus! We understand that receiving your vinyl wraps, PPF films, and other automotive customization parts promptly is important to you. Below, you’ll find an overview of our shipping process, why it takes a bit longer, and what to expect once you place an order.
1. Why Our Processing Time May Be Longer
To keep costs low for our customers, Mods Haus sources many of our products directly from overseas manufacturers. By cutting out middlemen, we can offer competitive pricing on premium-quality wraps, films, and accessories. However, this direct sourcing means:
- Order Processing: From the moment you place an order to when your shipment is handed off to the carrier and you receive a tracking number, it can take up to 2 working days.
- Commitment to Improvement: We constantly review our logistics partnerships and internal workflows to shorten this window. Faster processing is a top priority on our roadmap.
2.1. Order Processing Explained (Excludes Wheels)
Order Confirmation (Day 0): As soon as you complete checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This ensures we have all the details needed (product, color, dimensions, quantity) to fulfill your request.
Quality Check & Packaging (Day 1 – Day 2): Our warehouse team verifies each item against your order. We carefully package wraps and films to prevent creases or damage in transit.
Once packaging is complete, we hand off the parcel to our shipping carrier and email you the tracking number.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
2.2. Wheel Orders Processing
Our forged wheels take a bit of time to get to you. We are currently averaging 8 weeks from order to delivery, but it is possible that they may take 12 weeks to get to you. Here is how the process usually go:
Order is placed: A generic order is placed with the size information and wheel style/color.
Order confirmation: We will reach out to you to confirm your vehicle and if there are any modifications that we need to be aware of. For instance, wheel fitment gets affected if you have a big brake kit on your car. Same goes if if you car is lowered as well. We just want to make sure that you get exactly what you ordered and don't deal with fitment issues once you receive our products.
Order is started: We contact the manufacturing plant and provide them all of the information on the forged wheels to be produced.
Production starts: The factory starts manufacturing your wheels. Usually takes between 2-3 weeks.
Product gets shipped: The product gets shipped out of Asia and heads over to your address. It can take 5-8 weeks for the products to arrive. Yes it's quite a long time, but the savings are worth it.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Domestic Ground Shipping: Once your package is accepted by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on destination and package size), you can expect delivery in approximately 7–14 calendar days (excluding wheels).
Expedited and International Shipping: We do not currently offer expedited shipping, as the cost of shipping bulk packages can become unreasonable.
4. Tracking Your Order
Tracking Number: You’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How to Track: Click the carrier’s tracking link in the email or visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number.
Delivery Updates: Carriers often provide estimated delivery dates, status updates (such as "arrived at facility" or "out for delivery"), and delivery confirmations.
5. What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
While most shipments arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur. If you haven’t seen movement in your tracking status for more than five business days after shipment:
- Verify Tracking Information: Scan the tracking number for the latest updates.
- Contact Customer Support: Use the contact form on the Contact page. Provide your order number and tracking details. We’ll liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
- Expected Resolution Time: We aim to respond to all shipping inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Returning or Exchanging Damaged Shipments
Inspect Immediately: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice visible damage (such as dents, rips, or moisture), take photos of both the packaging and the product.
Report Within 48 Hours: message us via the contact form with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
Replacement or Refund: Once we verify the damage, we’ll either send a replacement shipment (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.

8. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long until I receive my tracking number?
A: Up to 4 working days after you place your order. You’ll get an email once it’s shipped. If you order on Friday afternoon, the order will not get processed until Monday, so please keep that in mind.
Q: Why does shipping take 1–2 weeks?
A: After processing and handoff (up to 2 working days), carriers typically deliver within 7–14 calendar days domestically. Wheels take longer, and will take 8 to 12 weeks.
Q: Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
A: No, due to the size and a lot of times weight of each of the products, pricing can become unreasonable. Therefore, we do not offer expedited shipping and stick to the best fitting shipping options.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. Currently, we only service the United States.
Q: I haven’t received my package after 14 days. What now?
A: Check your tracking status first. If there is no update for 5+ business days, please message us via the contact form with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate further.
