Refund policy

Mods Haus stands behind the quality of every product we sell. All of our PET Vinyl and TPU Paint Protection Film products are inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective product, we will make it right.

What We Accept for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Defective products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund including a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Non-defective products: If you wish to return a non-defective, unopened product in its original packaging, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% applies to non-defective returns. Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in the original box with all materials intact.
  • Products that have been opened, cut, partially used, installed, or applied to a vehicle are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return Window

You must initiate any return within 7 days of delivery. To start a return:

  1. Contact us through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. For defective products: include high-quality photos or video showing the defect and a written description of the issue.
  3. For non-defective returns: the product must be completely unopened in original packaging.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. Do not ship the product back until we confirm the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

If Your Return Is Approved

  • Defective products: We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost. Attach the label to the original product box and drop it off at the carrier.
  • Non-defective products: You are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The original product must be completely unopened and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping on exchanges. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you need is not available, we will process a refund instead.

What Is Not Covered

  • Products that have been opened, cut, installed, or applied to a vehicle
  • Products damaged by improper storage, handling, or installation
  • Products reported after the 7-day window

Shipping Costs

  • Defective product returns: Mods Haus covers return shipping (pre-paid label provided)
  • Non-defective returns and exchanges: customer pays return shipping
  • Original order shipping costs are non-refundable
