This set of AutoTecknic carbon fiber front bumper splitters is designed to fit the E90 M3 sedan, E92 M3 coupe, and E93 M3 convertible. Each splitter is crafted from 3K twill weave carbon fiber and utilizes 100% true dry carbon technology for an ultra-lightweight, high-durability, and precise fit. To install, align each splitter with the lower factory bumper mounting location, then screw directly into place using the provided hardware. Dry carbon fiber is named for its manufacturing process. It is formed using a 'pre-preg,' or a carbon material that has been impregnated. This material is first placed in a mold and then sealed in a vacuum (autoclave) for proper curing. This method creates less waste and produces a lighter carbon footprint than the 'wet' method. The autoclave vacuuming process yields fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets. Dry carbon is the highest quality version of carbon fiber products.
